Three entrances into the owner’s home lead in from the porch and encompass the indoor outdoor living feel, at the top of stairs into the interior dining room, from the ocean facing side into the comfortable living room and further along into a master bedroom. Along with the multitude of windows the home is flooded with light and kept comfortably cool by the constant unobstructed airflow.

There are two bedrooms on this floor, the larger of the two has a walk-in closet, a full bathroom including bathtub and a door to the porch. The smaller bedroom is just off of the dining area and has a full bath and a closet area.
