The Pine Point area is off grid living, meaning no municipal water or electricity supplies are available. Homes in this area rely on solar power, rainwater catchment, and perhaps a private well. The Pine Point area of Utila is not accessible by road boat access only. On the other hand, while it is located well away from the busy Utila town center, it is only a 5-minute boat ride to the Utila Cays where supplies and provisions can be purchased.
A community dock is located some 500 ft away from the property. Or even better you can build your own private dock. The property faces south with spectacular sunset views to the west. Enjoy swimming and snorkeling in the crystal clear waters which are only steps away from your front door. The water in front of the lot has a sandy bottom with turtle grass.
