Excellent scuba diving and snorkeling can be done directly in front of this property. There are numerous named dive sites located along the shore line in front of the home which are easily accessible.

This 2,800 square foot home includes two bodegas on the first level that house the laundry facilities, water cisterns (one which holds 8000 gallons and one which holds 6000 gallons) with direct access to mains water if required, on-demand hot water system, a workbench, indoor parking area, and multiple storage areas. Entrance to the living quarters is through a locked entryway inside the bodega.

This home is furnished with high quality, comfortable furniture such as Ethan Allen and Pennsylvania House, imported from the United States. The master suite boasts a solid oak king sized bed with a Tempurpedic Cloud Supreme Breeze mattress and high quality linens. The suite was designed to showcase 160 degree view of the Caribbean Sea and mainland mountains.

A spacious full en suite bathroom is located off of the master suite on the upper story of the home. There is an expansive walk in closet connected to the bathroom with plenty of shelving and storage space.

All sofas are plush leather. The custom entertainment center features a 50" flat screen HDTV and is connected to both satellite and local TV services. There is also a Sony surround sound system with five sets of speakers.

Kitchen appliances include a five burner gas range with two ovens (one is also a convection oven) and an automatic icemaker in the refrigerator. All water from the rain-water cisterns passes through two filters and a UV light. Drinking water then goes through a reverse osmosis system and a second UV light before going to the icemaker and kitchen faucet. Countertops are granite, and the undermount stainless double sink features a garbage disposal that is safe to use with the aerobic septic system.

The breezy guest bedroom is located on the main floor of the home and features a four-poster bed and a closet for extra storage as well as many windows to invite the breeze and the stunning colours of the Caribbean.

There is a full bathroom on the main floor with a large tiled walk-in shower.

Construction on this house was done with attention to the challenges of coastal living. There are Andersen dual pane, insulated, low-E glass widows throughout the house. The decks and railing were recently rebuilt with stainless steel nails and screws, and the entire house was sealed with 40-year sealant. Exterior paint is Behr Plus solid stain: the top rated stain the in United States. Interior paint is also Behr. Custom hurricane shutters with stainless steel hardware are on all the double hung windows, and custom marine grade panels are cut and ready to be hung in the (rare) event of a hurricane warning. Hurricane ties from the States were used to fasten the roof to the house, and doors were hung with stainless steel hinges.

There are two 200 amp service panels to handle the electrical requirements of the house, and there is a whole-house surge protector. All wire and fixtures came from the United States. There are numerous voltage regulators and UPS/surge protectors throughout the house.

There is a Kohler 14,000 watt whole-house emergency propane-fueled generator, which is housed on a concrete slab in a separate building next to the house. It can be manually switched over from the Municipal utility provider (UPCO) to the generator if there is a power outage. There is a secondary gasoline-powered back-up generator that runs most of the house. There are five 100-pound propane tanks for use with the generator, stove, and water heater.

This house has been maintained on a weekly schedule since it was built and will be sold furnished.
